- Located INSIDE the lobby of the Resort at Seaside on Avenue A. We're a bit tough to find but well worth it. You'll need to walk the promenade from Broadway, head south 1 block to Avenue A, look for the Resort at Seaside under the double arches, walk up the small hill and the lobby double door entrance is on your left. We serve pastries on-site daily from scones, cinnamon rolls, quiches, and daily specials. Come enjoy our delicious selection of grilled sandwiches like our original Caspian Reuben, our yummy Sea Bagel Sandwich, to everyone's favorite, the Buoy Burrito. We also have a local selection of wine and beer. UnderSea Coffee is also home to the Convenience Cove Grocery where you can grab those forgotten toiletries or last minute grocery items. We have beautiful ocean views from our indoor poolside seating or you can cozy up next to the fireplace in the resort lobby.

Homemade Spiced Chai
It's been a long time coming but our homemade spiced chai is here! Made with our very own secret blend of spices and features Stash Kopili Assam Tea, our chai is sweetened per order to your liking. Also available in sugar-free and unsweetened. Try a blended Chai Latte for a refreshing summer treat :-)

All American Day for Independence Day
Happy birthday, United States! We're celebrating our independence day with TWO specials. Just made a rich Red (velvet)-White-n-Blue birthday cake for the ol' U.S. of A, so come on down and celebrate this very special birthday with a slice for only $2 from 10am - Noon.
For our Happy Hour, we're bringing more of the American spirit with Root Beer Floats, only $2 from 2pm to 5pm. A&W Root Beer and Tillamook Vanilla Bean ice cream!
To top it off, we'll be open from 7am until 9pm to keep you warm and awake with delicious drinks for the fireworks on the beach. See you in the lobby!
