- Located INSIDE the lobby of the Resort at Seaside on Avenue A. We're a bit tough to find but well worth it. You'll need to walk the promenade from Broadway, head south 1 block to Avenue A, look for the Resort at Seaside under the double arches, walk up the small hill and the lobby double door entrance is on your left. We serve pastries on-site daily from scones, cinnamon rolls, quiches, and daily specials. Come enjoy our delicious selection of grilled sandwiches like our original Caspian Reuben, our yummy Sea Bagel Sandwich, to everyone's favorite, the Buoy Burrito. We also have a local selection of wine and beer. UnderSea Coffee is also home to the Convenience Cove Grocery where you can grab those forgotten toiletries or last minute grocery items. We have beautiful ocean views from our indoor poolside seating or you can cozy up next to the fireplace in the resort lobby.

Happy Holidays!
Edwin the Elf and our espresso machine got presents from and owner and her daughter. They're made from applesauce and cinnamon and they smell fantastic! Thank you :-)

Locally grown butternut squash, kabucha, and zucchini are featured on Thai Day Friday too! Red coconut curry with chicken and Thai basil, served over steamed jasmine rice. Yum!

Sprucing up
UnderSea Coffee will be closed for an exciting renovation project from Tuesday 9/4 to Thursday 9/7. We finally received approval to move the Convenience Cove to an even more convenient location. We will be back at our usual 7am time on Friday 9/7. See you all then.
