Located INSIDE the lobby of the Resort at Seaside on Avenue A. We're a bit tough to find but well worth it. You'll need to walk the promenade from Broadway, head south 1 block to Avenue A, look for the Resort at Seaside under the double arches, walk up the small hill and the lobby double door entrance is on your left. We serve pastries on-site daily from scones, cinnamon rolls, quiches, and daily specials. Come enjoy our delicious selection of grilled sandwiches like our original Caspian Reuben, our yummy Sea Bagel Sandwich, to everyone's favorite, the Buoy Burrito. We also have a local selection of wine and beer. UnderSea Coffee is also home to the Convenience Cove Grocery where you can grab those forgotten toiletries or last minute grocery items. We have beautiful ocean views from our indoor poolside seating or you can cozy up next to the fireplace in the resort lobby.

1st Birthday!!

We're 1 year old! We'd like to send our warmest thanks and airborne hugs to everyone who continues to support us. 

Thank you to The Parents and Sister E for their support. Thank you to the Resort at Seaside management team for their assistance. We have amazing customers who have been with us since the first day and continue to be our best advertisers to their friends and family....and we are so grateful for you all! Check out the gifts we received for our 1st birthday :-)

We've learned so much for our first year and will continue to learn and give our all to keep the coffee and delicious foods coming. I sense more pastries in our future!

p.s. The potato ricer is an inside joke with one of our customers ^_^
